Reports To: The BDR will report to the Director of Field Operations

Job Overview: The BDR must use interpersonal skills to communicate and assist HRA members as well as vendor partners. Effective representatives build rapport with members and vendors to facilitate positive results. Key goals are to gain member participation and compliance with vendor programs in addition to proving exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Visit 8-10 existing members daily within assigned geographical territory to complete site surveys, ensure that member is receiving entitled rebates and verify compliance with vendor programs
• Participate in at least one trade-ride monthly with various vendor partners
• Coordinate store resets and new service installations with vendors and members
• Assist vendors with members that are non-compliant
• Assist members with missing rebates, obtaining vendor service and resolve problems
• Educate members regarding HRA programs and explain benefits
• Seek and acquire new members
• Provide excellent customer service in a swift and enthusiastic manner
• Work with HRA leadership to execute evolving objectives
• Visit HRA office at least one Friday per month to recap the current results and perform office work
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior
• Participate in weekly conference call to discuss current results and experiences

Qualifications:

• Must pass background check
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in convenience store or retail setting
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others succeed
• Excellent time management skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
